We started Flent because we were fed up. Trying to find a decent place in the city was a nightmare. But beyond the frustration was a deep-seated passion for home decor and an eye for detail that we couldn't ignore. Numbers revealed that ~$10 Bn is spent annually on urban renting — and that was the tipping point. It convinced us of the potential to craft the future of renting, designed for those who demand more and compromise less.

I spend my days thinking about how to make Flent run smarter, with systems that remove friction for our teams and create delight for our customers. I believe that great operations start with predictable, repeatable systems and then become unstoppable when you add simple tech that amplifies them.
As Head of Operations, you’ll be my operational counterpart, translating ambition into predictable output and ensuring Flent runs as a high-trust, high-precision machine.
You’ll work closely with product, manufacturing, CX, procurement, and leadership to make Flent’s entire operational backbone predictable, reliable, and powerful.
Flent is in a phase where clarity and disciplined execution matter as much as innovation. We’re building category-defining products, and we need an operational leader who can convert that energy into momentum.
As Head of Operations, you’ll own the engine room of the company. You’ll architect processes, build operational frameworks, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure that the company is operating with sharpness, foresight, and measurable control. You are the person who notices the gaps, maps the flows, fixes the inefficiencies, and creates systems that let teams do their best work. You’ll also own the largest cost items on our PnL, starting from how inventory is being used, to how costs can scale down with growth.
This is a role for someone who loves structured chaos, maintains high ownership, who can toggle between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution, and who finds joy in making complex things simple.
