We started Flent because we were fed up. Trying to find a decent place in the city was a nightmare. But beyond the frustration was a deep-seated passion for home decor and an eye for detail that we couldn't ignore. Numbers revealed that ~$10 Bn is spent annually on urban renting — and that was the tipping point. It convinced us of the potential to craft the future of renting, designed for those who demand more and compromise less.
Flent is backed by top-tier micro VCs and angels. Since our inception 6 months ago, we’ve made significant strides, operating in Bangalore with 15 properties and securing enough runway for the next two years.
We’re looking to hire a young, talented and curious individuals who’ll be in-charge of all moonshot projects at Flent. Your mission is to do whatever it takes to get us to the next level.
This internship involves multiple ‘Strategize - Build - Operate’ projects across Sales, Product, Tech, Automation, Customer Experience and Supply Chain.
The type and scope of these projects can vary depending on what is the focus at that time. Broadly, this role will be 30% process building, 10% data analytics, 20% of sales, 40% operations and 100% ownership of the problem statements you are taking up.
We’re looking for someone with strong first principle thinking, ability to navigate from ambiguity to clarity, ability to ask the right questions and get to answers faster.
Based on your skills and experiences, we’ll put you in-charge of specific projects that align with your interests and our objectives.
