Flent is backed by top-tier micro VCs and angels. Since our inception 6 months ago, we’ve made significant strides, operating in Bangalore with 15 properties and securing enough runway for the next two years.
We’re looking to hire a young, talented and curious individual who’ll be in-charge of all moonshot initiatives related to customer experience. Your mission is to do whatever it takes to deliver a 7-star Flenting experience.
This internship involves multiple ‘Strategize - Build - Operate’ projects related to Tenant experience at Flent.
The type and scope of these projects can vary depending on what is the focus at that time. Broadly, this role will be 30% process building, 20% data analytics, 50% operations and 100% ownership of the projects you are taking up.
We’re looking for someone with strong first principle thinking, ability to navigate from ambiguity to clarity, ability to ask the right questions and get to answers faster.
