About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’re the execution muscle of the revenue engine.

Your mission: drive occupancy by moving leads, fast and clean, across the entire funnel.

You’ll handle the first touchpoint with potential tenants, understand what they need, match them with the right home, run visits, close deals, and ensure every interaction feels effortless. You’ll also operate as the eyes and ears of the demand team — feeding ground intelligence, gaps, and market insights back into the system.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the mix of people + operations + data + hustle — and wants to grow into a full-stack demand operator.
