We started Flent because we were fed up. Trying to find a decent place in the city was a nightmare. But beyond the frustration was a deep-seated passion for home decor and an eye for detail that we couldn't ignore. Numbers revealed that ~$10 Bn is spent annually on urban renting — and that was the tipping point. It convinced us of the potential to craft the future of renting, designed for those who demand more and compromise less.

Hey! I’m Mayank, Co-Founder and CPO at Flent. When I flipped my first few homes to turn them into turnkey AirBnBs, I realised that good design and furniture can get you eyeballs, but only good functionality can get you long term customers.
To put it in very simple terms, this job for me is like the job of a doctor. Think of each home as a person, find out what’s wrong with them and fix them the right way – so that they don’t get sick again. Just like understanding humans can be difficult, understanding that it takes real skill to maintain and keep homes running is a major realisation for whoever has done it before.
This role is not just about exhibiting operational supremacy, it’s also about understanding the homes we acquire better than the ones who created them.
As a Operations Associate (Property Management), you'll own the entire process of transforming a raw house into a fully functional Flent home. Once a property hits your desk, it's yours to bring to life.
You'll kick things off by thoroughly documenting the home's condition, outlining all the work needed, assigning the right vendors, and getting materials on site. From there, you'll coordinate execution, manage budgets, and ensure every home is completed on schedule. A huge part of your job is vendor management. You'll oversee our entire network of on-roll and off-roll vendors. That means onboarding new partners, arranging expert-led training, and ensuring everyone consistently hits Flent's standards.
You'll also run large-scale inventory – everything from electricals and carpentry materials to plumbing and cleaning supplies. Keeping track of availability, usage, and timely procurement is absolutely critical to keeping setups moving smoothly.
