We started Flent because we were fed up. Trying to find a decent place in the city was a nightmare. But beyond the frustration was a deep-seated passion for home decor and an eye for detail that we couldn't ignore. Numbers revealed that ~$10 Bn is spent annually on urban renting — and that was the tipping point. It convinced us of the potential to craft the future of renting, designed for those who demand more and compromise less.

Hey, I’m Abhimanyu, and I lead Brand & Creative @ Flent.
I spent the better part of my career writing and producing films and campaigns: I started off at a Production House, moved on to a creative director role in an agency, and eventually landed up here. I’m a mix of a few things: my vision and ideas come from all my experiences, not just my copy-led ones. And I’m looking for someone who sees things the same way about advertising and marketing.
Much of what I do at Flent revolves around how we are perceived to the rest of the world; how we interact and speak, how we look, how we make people feel, and ultimately, how we deliver beautiful living experiences by understanding human beings. In more direct terms: I focus on marketing us to the outside world - what we say and how we say it - and who we say it to.
As Flent’s Copywriter, you’ll work with me on doing just that: but with the right words and ideas.
The Flent universe is filled with inspiration for a writer. Every home we build has a story, every space has a personality, and every campaign is rooted in something real. The writing aims to make people feel something about home before they even step into one.
We write across multiple surfaces - campaigns, website and landing pages, social media, films, and branding collateral. This role plays a key part in shaping how Flent sounds and expresses itself across all of them.
This is a core, hands-on copywriter role with a strong conceptual focus. You should be comfortable handling briefs, contributing to brainstorms, and delivering thoughtful, well-crafted copy. It calls for taste, clarity, and a collaborative approach to building strong work.
At its core, you’ll work closely with me across campaigns, collateral, films, and everything that involves writing and shaping the narrative of what we’re building.
