Starting somewhere new is always a little nerve-wracking. We get it, because every one of us was the new person here once. (Some of us back when our "warehouse" was the parking lot of an apartment in Indiranagar.)
So here's exactly what your first day and week will look like.
Our People team will set up your Flent email ID and Slack on your first day.
This way you'll already be in the right channels, looped in with your pod, and in the middle of things – right from day 1.
Our People team will help you settle in and walk you through the Flent story so far: how we started, where we are today, and where we're headed.
After that, the floor is yours.
Grab anyone for a one-on-one. Ask the questions you didn't get to ask in your interviews. Or just ask where to find the best filter coffee nearby.
Both count as onboarding :)
Honestly? The best way to learn is by throwing yourself right in the middle of the action. And thats what we’re gonna do right in the first week itself. But don’t worry – you have us to help guide you through the chaos.
You'll have the first week to catch up on what's happening across our pods (Brand & Supply, Product Ops & CX, Tech & Demand) and figure out where your work fits into the bigger picture.
Set up as many one-on-one calls as you need. Nobody here will think you're asking too many questions.
The only bad question is the one you sit on for a month.
