Wanderlust Budget 🙈

Every six months, employees receive INR 25,000 to explore the traveller within you. Travel broadens the mind, and we encourage you to use this budget for airfare, hotels, and other travel expenses that help create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

On-field Allowance 🚗

For those whose roles include fieldwork, we provide an on-field allowance of INR 500 per day to cover transportation, meals, and other incidental expenses. Should your field expenses exceed this amount, we offer a simple process to request additional funds from your manager.

Relocation help ✈️

Flent helps cover major relocation expenses that are involved when you're moving cities for work. This includes a 15-day stay at a Flent property and logistical costs incurred to move your belongings.

Working Hours & Days Off 🤧

We understand the startup ethos and the need for flexibility. While our core working days are Monday to Saturday, we expect everyone to be in by noon. Certain roles may require Sunday work, for which we provide additional compensation and compensatory time off.
