Our official workdays are Monday to Saturday (11 AM to 8 PM), & you’re required to be in office at-least 3 days of the week. More details below:
Saturdays are quiet & remote. No meetings, no deliverables. You’re remote and in control of your time. Most of the team uses it to catch up on things they actually want to work on - or at times even to reset.
We don’t count Saturdays as vacation. If you’re off from Friday to Monday, Saturday’s on us - it won’t affect your leave balance.
Why not 5 days (yet)? Think of Flent as a 2-year-old startup baby. It needs extra love and attention right now. As we grow into a strong, steady toddler, we plan to move to a five-day model as we handle scale without losing speed.
